Please Note: Services are available to all full- and part-time students who have paid the appropriate incidental fees. Students must possess a valid student card and have health insurance coverage. Services are covered by OHIP, other provincial health insurance plans, or UHIP.
If you are unable to attend any scheduled appointment please call Health Service at 416-978-8030 or go to myhealthserviceuoft.com and use your Web Access Account to cancel the appointment as soon as possible. This allows us to make the time available to other students.
Cancellation of a regular 15 minute medical appointment requires at least 4 hours notice. Failure to give proper notification will result in a charge of $40 to you.
Cancellation of an annual physical appointment or 30 minute appointment requires at least 24 hours notice. Failure to give proper notification will result in a charge of $60 to you. Please note cancellation of a 30 minute appointment booked for a Monday must be cancelled by 3:00pm on Friday.
A missed colposcopy appointment or less than 72 hours cancellation notice for a colposcopy appointment will result in a $75 charge.
Please note: Effective January 7, 2013 our policy will change for any unpaid invoices resulting from short notice cancellations or a no show visit. From this date forward we will place a hold on your Rosi account impacting access to your transcripts.
